Weekly and monthly reporting as required.

Assist with ad hoc duties as and when required.

Adhere to company policy and procedures.

Matric with 2 years experience in a similar environment.

Previous hospital secretary / PA experience is essential.

Drivers License is advantageous.

ADVANCED Computer literacy essential.

Excellent communication skills.

Friendly disposition and sound interpersonal skills with the ability to handle conflict situations.

Attention to detailand excellent communication skills.
